Policy document for on the water safety

A simple document should be produced to ensure that crew leads have the basic skills and knowledge to take the boat out and handle such a situation

To include: drift test, rope handling, distress wave, VHF radio calls

Have an afternoon going through the skills required for a crew lead on the water

Crew leads are to be encouraged to share a topic each time they go to enhance rowers abilities and raise the knowledge within the club to maker it safer for all.
